Aromatherapy is the skilled and controlled application of essential oils for a specific goal using their healing properties. Holistic aromatherapy restores physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Essential oils, when properly applied, can address conditions such as anxiety, depression, PMS and menstrual issues, muscle aches, headaches, back pain, injuries, and insomnia to name a few. Join Karen in this wonderfully informative lecture and also create a lotion/oil for muscle aches at the end of this class!
