Building a clientele book is critical for all massage therapists whether you work for yourself or someone else. The purpose of this class is to enhance a massage practitioner’s ability to understand how marketing yourself (presenting yourself), creating value to your clients and a client’s hands on experience work together to increase your rate of return customers.

Learning Objectives:
The student will understand how marketing yourself, creating value for clients, and building a book of business work together.  

The student will practice listening and communication skills to enhance their client’s experience by feeling like a person rather than a transaction.
Student will gain a deeper understanding of workplace professionalism and how to implement it in everyday practice
