Course Summary:
This course provides the perfect balance of lecture and hands-on practice. Learners will gain the skills to become adept in promoting the stimulation of parasympathetic responses within the nervous system when rigorous massage is contraindicated. This is an excellent course

The first portion of the course involves a discussion of a wide range of mental health pathologies as well as the effects of stress on the greater population. There will also be discussion on the use and application of reflexive techniques, all expected outcomes of practice, the evidence behind the practice, cautions, and CIs. The second portion of the course provides learners with a practical approach which will instill confidence while working with clients who present with increased stress levels, pathological conditions related to the autonomic nervous system, or are looking to maintain wellness.

Coaching on technical application and proper body mechanics is major part of Jennifer Carlson's wheelhouse. You can be sure that you are in good hands with Jen and will be guided in the right direction for a successful and lengthy career.
