Overview

Begin your fascial journey or refresh your skills with Part 1 of our Connective Tissue Learning Pathway!

This course is the first of the series and partners with our Advanced Connective Tissue Techniques course.

Join us for a comprehensive course that explores the various connective tissues throughout the body. You'll learn about the theory behind connective tissue techniques, see demonstrations on how to execute them, and discover how to seamlessly weave them into your practice sequence. This course includes the coverage of cautions and contraindications. Additionally, we'll explore expected outcomes and examine the evidence supporting these results in relation to body structure and function. 
This course provides the perfect balance of lecture and hands-on practice. Students will gain the skills to become adept in increasing fascial pliability which will decrease resting muscle tension, and increase overall range of motion.

Coaching on technical application and proper body mechanics is major part of Jennifer Carlson's wheelhouse. You can be sure that you are in good hands with Jen and will be guided in the right direction for a successful and lengthy career.
